Once you find a car that you need, you can let the staff know.
STEP 3 : SENDING INFORMATION
Sending information for staff which bike or car you prefer. Provide your name, contact details, driver’s license. Choose pick-up location, drop-off location or additional preferences or requirements (Ex. Baby seat). Payment information to recure the reservation.
STEP 4 : CONFIRM RESERVATION
Review of your rental details and confirm your payment. After completing this, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation.
STEP 5 : PICK UP YOUR CAR
Visit the designated pick-up location and provide the necessary identification and payment information to us and pick the car.

The owner brought the bike to our hotel just minutes after the call. Exactly what we asked for and not “sorry, the type of bike you wanted is rented out, but a I have a better one for just a little bit more money”. The bike was very new and in a perfekt condition. He gave a comprehensive instruction (was necessary because the bike had a keyless go system, which was more advanced than the one of my Harley at home).
